What do I need to rent a car?

• Valid driving licence
• Identity card or passport
• For companies: extract from the Commercial Register and power of attorney of the company's managing director
• Deposit: We require a refundable deposit (amount varies by vehicle type)

What exactly is included in the price of the loan?

• Comprehensive car insurance (including accident and compulsory liability insurance)
  • Non-stop assistance services
  • Replacement vehicle in case of breakdown
• Valid vignette for the Czech Republic
• Price transparency: no hidden fees

What is not covered by insurance?

• Damage to the interior of the vehicle
• Tyre damage
• Damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
• Loss or damage to your car keys

What should I do in case of an accident?

• Immediately report the accident to the police if required by law
• Accept no blame or liability without consulting the rental company

Fees and penalties

1. Vehicle cleaning:
   • Standard cleaning is included in the rental price.
   • Fee for excessive soiling (e.g. stains, food residues, animal hair): from CZK 2,500 depending on the level of soiling.
2. Smoking in the vehicle:
   • Smoking in a vehicle is strictly prohibited.
   • Penalties for smoking in a vehicle: from CZK 5 000.
3. Damage to the vehicle:
   • Small scratches/scrapes: repair costs as estimated by the authorised repairer.
   • More serious damage: repair costs as estimated by the authorised repairer.
4. Lost or damaged keys:
   • Fee for lost or damaged keys: 2 500 CZK.
5. Return of the vehicle after the deadline:
   • Late return fee: 500 CZK for each hour after the deadline.
6. Exceeding the permitted number of kilometres:
   • Fee for exceeding the mileage limit: 5 CZK for each additional kilometer.
7. Use of the vehicle for unauthorised purposes:
   • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or heavy off-road driving.
   • Penalty for violation of this rule: from 15 000 CZK.

Booking changes and cancellation fees:

• Reservation change: The customer has the possibility to change his reservation (date, time, type of vehicle) by appointment on tel. 608 081 730.
• Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the pick-up will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed rental amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed rental amount. In the event that the customer fails to collect the vehicle and does not cancel the reservation, a fee equal to the full scheduled rental will be charged.

Fuel policy:

• Vehicles are issued with a full tank: We expect the vehicle to be returned with a full tank of gas. If not, the customer will be charged a refueling fee.
• Refueling fee: The refuelling fee covers the cost of fuel. The charge will be based on current fuel prices and the amount of fuel shortage.

Responsibility for personal belongings:

• Security of personal belongings: The customer is fully responsible for all personal belongings brought in the rented vehicle. The rental company is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the customer's personal belongings stored in the car during the rental period. However, the vehicles are insured against theft.
• Recommendations for customers: Customers are advised to keep valuable items with them or store them in a safe place outside the vehicle. If it is necessary to leave items in the car, it is advisable to keep them out of sight.
